These terms apply to our supply of Subscription-Based Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

Microsoft Azure
Anti-virus software (subscription)

Supplementary Terms – Managed Backup Services

These terms apply to our supply of Managed Backup Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

Server Backup; and / or
Microsoft 365 account backup;

These terms apply to our supply of Managed IT Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

Supplementary Terms – Managed Cloud Services

These terms apply to our supply of Managed Cloud Services, which include the following as set out on the Order:

Provision of hosted computing resources, which will provide Virtual Desktops for a fixed number of End Users;
Provision of hosted computing resources, which will provide hosting for third-party applications;
Subscription to Microsoft Azure Services and if set out on the Order, subscription to Microsoft 365 applications (collectively, the ‘Subscription Services’);
Backup services;
Monitoring services;
Platform Administration;
Patch Management;
Anti-Malware;
Managed Firewall;
Helpdesk;
