Lantech’s pledge to serve and protect its clients is a key message on the company’s website, but it’s far more than words. It’s how the business operates. Now that approach has been recognised in the prestigious SUPEROPS MSP Awards 2022, with Lantech declared the Customer Experience Champion.
The MSP Awards provide an opportunity for the best IT providers to benchmark their performance and celebrate their success, but the awards are far more than the tech industry giving itself a pat on the back. Entrants in each category must be nominated, and with more than three hundred nominations over the nine categories, the providers who took home the accolades have much to be proud of.
Windward Management, a hospitality sector specialist with seventeen hotels across Ireland and Belgium had no hesitation in nominating Lantech, their Managed Service Provider, citing the delivery of secure, reliable, hassle free and efficient technology. But Windward also highlighted features of IT provision that are all too often neglected: service, understanding, responsiveness and planning. They specifically mentioned the rapid support Lantech provided at the start of the pandemic which enabled Windward to keep serving the needs of their customers.
That Lantech go above and beyond is proven in actions that to other MSP’s wouldn’t consider. As an example, they have accompanied the Windward team to hospitality industry conferences around the world to gain insights into the unique drivers that operate in the sector. They have challenged Windward to think about tech strategically and use it to enhance the guest experience. As Windward said in their nomination, “It is a true partnership.”
The parallels are clear. Lantech puts its customers first which enables them to put the needs of their customers first. There can be no losers in a system that works like this – only winners. And while right now, Lantech is celebrating their award win, the business plans to keep delivering the service their clients need to succeed.
